At CoveredCo, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in our underwear. Because finding the right fit matters, we offer a fair and flexible returns policy.
Returns are assessed once received to ensure items meet our return requirements. To protect all customers, we reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear, washing, or damage. Excessive or unreasonable returns may result in refusal of future returns or transactions.
Returns Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.
Hygiene Requirements
For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of underwear that:

Are new, unworn, and unwashed

Have original tags attached

Have the hygiene seal intact

Include proof of purchase
How to Return

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

Include your order number and reason for return

Pack items securely in their original packaging

Send the return via your nearest post office
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A NZ$10 return shipping fee applies to all returns and exchanges and will be deducted from your refund where applicable.
Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return

Exchanges
Need a different size? We're happy to exchange items as long as they meet our hygiene and return requirements.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked final sale or clearance cannot be returned unless faulty.
